My name is Gabby, & this is my fitspo blog.
This is pretty much my place to talk about my goals, motivation, & tips for becoming/being healthy. Feel free to follow, ask for any sort of advice, or anything.
Some basics;
I go to the gym, about 3-4 times a week. I weigh 113 pounds, & I'm 5'4. I'm not exactly trying to lose weight, just tone up a bit.
I may also be posting personal posts, because I believe having a healthy mind is just as important as being physically fit. I am not any kind of trainer, but I really am interested in health & fitness. So yeah, that's about it...I sound totally serious in this little description, but I'm a total goofball. (=
